TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR JACK’S TRASH SERVICE CUSTOMER’S

RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS

All invoices are Net 30 and Due by the 15th of each quarter as indicated on every invoice.

Late fee of $5.00 is assessed after 45 days.

Suspension of service is effective at 60 days.

COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS

All invoices are Net 30 and due by the 15th of each month as indicated on every invoice.

Late fee of $5.00 is assessed after the due date.

Suspension of service is effective at 45 days.

We do not sign contracts with any customers.

If service is terminated mid-billing cycle and payment has been made then a refund will be sent to the customer within 30 days for the time period in which they are not serviced.
