Who we are

Jack’s Trash is a family-owned company. Jack and Joetta bought the company from his dad in 2009 and have grown and made many additions and changes since then.

Jack is 3rd generation as his grandfather started their first trash company 75 years ago in Indianapolis. Both of Jack and Joetta’s children currently work in the family business. Their son manages all the drivers, laborers, and routes, and their daughter helps in the office with customer service. Their daughter-in-law has been with them since high school, helping Joetta manage the office, but she will be leaving in August to home school her children. She will be missed greatly. Some days, their son-in-law will come in to help when his other job is off due to bad weather. Jack’s Trash currently services all of Hendricks County, Morgan County, and part of Marion County with residential, commercial, and Industrial trash pickup as well as roll-off services. In addition to Jack’s Trash, we run the JJ Waste Transfer station located on us 40, just west of Plainfield. This is the old Ray’s Trash facility on the north side of 40. Here we accept drop-offs from the public and any commercial companies as well.

This has seriously been the best Trash service I have ever used! For years we had WM and they were always so careless and half the time didn’t take all of the trash we had in our can… But with Jack’s, there have been days I go outside to take the trash to the curb and they had already went up and got it and set the cans back in front part of the yard we keep them. Baffled every time! lol So Thank you Jack’s and the driver’s who go above and beyond to care for their people! <3

I can only say good things about JACKS TRASH SERVICE!! … I switched over to them a few months ago. The lady in the office was very helpful and nice. They have always been here on day of service. They don’t throw your trash container, they leave it upright and they always put the lid back on. They seem to have a good attitude and are respectful to your property…..and we are saving money with JACKS TRASH SERVICE! So glad we switched to Jacks. Thank you!
